The room with 4 beds
There is Father's Day, there is Mother's Day, unfortunately the party of the family unit is missing. This holiday will give the right opportunity to be all together in the same room but each in their own bed. And if someone decides to want to watch television, a comfortable divider will be very useful!
With a private entrance and a fenced yard
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large fenced yard. If you have small children you will feel confident that they are not running any danger. The road is free of traffic and just outside the house you will find the entrance to a park that extends up to the hills of Riccione Alta from where you can admire a beautiful landscape. A children's play area with swings and slides is also available.
The kitchen environment ...Spacious and bright
In the morning you can decide to prepare breakfast in total freedom at any time and get help from a convenient dishwasher.
You will decide whether to prepare your lunches and dinners or to be delivered the pizza or the dishes at home with the innumerable services at home. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, an oven and a microwave, a coffee machine and a kitchen with 4 burners as well as basic necessities such as: oil, vinegar, sugar, and more.

The double sinks, designed to optimize the time of the toilet and the large and comfortable shower box will give you the opportunity to rediscover the joy of taking a shower "together" with your little ones. We provide towels, hairdryer, slippers, toiletries with headphones and shampoo.

What to do in Riccione
Riccione is a place that lives in a thousand from June to September and already starting in April it begins to warm up the engines with events and initiatives to promote hospitality during Easter and in the spring bridges. "A dream stay"
Large, spacious and well-furnished house, many closets for storing your belongings. Really nice kitchen, well furnished and well supplied. Supplied with cooking material (oil, spices, salt) and with something for breakfast already present (rusks, jam, honey, chocolate, tea, coffee, milk).
The kitchen also has a dishwasher. Large bathroom with double sink and spacious shower with possibility of varying the water jet. Presence of bidet and hairdryer. Provided towels for body, face / hands and underwear. Shower cap and small shampoo / shower gel bottle included. Sealed "paper" slippers are offered.
Lots of space to store our things to be comfortable as soon as the shower is over. Comfortable beds with clean and comfortable sheets. Reactive air conditioning and promising heating (Even if not tested). Many customizable lights, to create the environment suited to our tastes. Smart TV and comfortable and responsive wifi.
Perfect and comfortable "wall" bluetooth case. Possibility to have bicycles. Coffee table outside to relax outdoors, with insect blaster and well-arranged lights. To access the house you only need to have the code that the host changes from time to time, so we would not have the anxiety to lose the keys, with backup plan in case there are technical problems.

Excellent reception by the owner ... completely renovated apartment. Perfect location for both holidays and for a stop and go to work with me. Excellent attention to detail ... from electric shutters to the gate and opening door with code. Well-stocked kitchen ... but the amazing thing was to find a good coffee and some cold drinks in the fridge and all included in the rate ... WOWWW !!!
